2. Digital Product Policy
All Sero IPTV services are digital products. Once your IPTV line or account has been activated, the service is considered delivered, and all sales become final. Due to the instant nature of IPTV activation, refunds are not automatically available after your account is live.
3. No Refund Cases
Refunds are not offered in the following cases:
- You change your mind after purchase or activation.
- Your internet connection, router setup, or device compatibility causes service issues.
